Water Therapy

Yesterday we drove to the Gaspereaux Valley

which is about an hour and a half drive.

Sophie was very excited because she 'knew'

where we were heading.......

to her favourite swimming hole, the Canal!!

This is truly a very tranquil spot and off the main

path we found this stream.

If you can make this 'full screen' do so

as you will get a better 'feel' for this spot.
