  2. Did you see the sky in your packing up shot. Very cool. Looks like you had a wonderful week at various beaches. I love the Queen Anne and Goldenrod shot. Meadows, I don't get them here like that. I it's been so dry our version of primrose has not appeared this year. For the first time since I have lived here. And they are so tough they grow, not by the side, but actually in the road; get run over, pop up again. But not this year.

    1. I did see the sky Inger and that round object wasn't visually obvious to me through the camera. I forget what these are called but they are due to shooting into the sun.....a reflection/refraction thing. lol Some people like them (I do) and some don't.

  3. Beautiful round of photos, Jim! I especially love the first one, and the one with the seagull flying. It looks like it's frozen in mid air. Spectacular! It's amazing how many interesting photos you can take when you are out enjoying life!

    1. You do know how it is Martha when there is so much to photograph. The gull one was pure luck! I was 'following' this one as it lifted off the sand and into the air and came right in front of me and a little overhead.

  4. Love the sunlight on the sand and waves. And wow! That's a classic chips 'n dip bowl, back when "dip" was the latest foodie rage!

    1. Hi Joanne! No 'markings' on that 'chip 'n dip' set but definitely from the 60's I believe. It was so dirty and clouded over with a film, I was surprised what I found underneath. Will go into the 'shop'.Have a great Sunday Jo.
