Sometimes I See Things Conceptually

The more photographs I take,
the more I see 'conceptual' and abstract objects.

Here are a couple I took on the weekend.

We have two 'cable-stayed' bridges that span Halifax Harbour.

This is the top roof portion of a supermarket in our community.

  3. Great shots, Jim! It's amazing what we can see if we only look! I just read your post on the pain between your shoulders! I'm so glad that it was a false alarm and that you are improving each year like a fine wine! Kudos to you for taking things seriously ~ It's always better to check things out. I've done the emergency room into hospital stay way too many times, but since the doctors put usually put me on a not-even-water diet that hospital food looks damn good. Oh the joy of contemplating choosing yellow or green jello! I'm glad Ron is so there for you. It's at times like that that you see the true worth of your spouse! Sophie is such a wonderful spirit! I can feel her strength and power in every post. I'm so glad that you and Ron found each other, and that sweet SD came into your lives. Take good care of yourself! You're special!

    1. Thanks Debra! I have always been drawn to the abstract more so than people/landscapes.

  5. Abstract beauty in most everything. One of my favorite design methods.
