A perfect spot for shared solitude! I love it! Still waiting for Spring to arrive here in New York, too. It won't be long now! (I hope, because this ice covered snow mound is not so pretty anymore). Have a great day! Aloha
Thanks Hula La! It is a good spot any season but summer of course would be warmer!!Hope it comes soon to NY!
Sounds like a great spot to unwind and enjoy the day...and photography, of course. I'm like those bike racks...waiting patiently for the summer to arrive!
LOL! It'll be a while for summer. It is a great spot in Dartmouth.
What lovely shots - I like the shadow patterns in the last one.
Thanks Fiona! I liked that bike stand too and its shadows.
How wonderful to have the place all to yourselves.
I know Nancy! It always amazes us when this happens and it does happen on a regular basis around here.......mind you we are retired and usually are at these places during 'working hours' and not on the weekend. But it does happen a lot.
I heard you are in for quite a blast, this must be the calm part. Hunker down and be safe. Keeping good thoughts.
Thanks Joanne. It was pretty windy during the night and we were snowed in for a while till 'plow-guy arrived and dug us out! But things are good now.
Beautiful sunshine. Love the shadow shots.
Thanks, Pat. It was a sunny day on Tuesday.
So, I take it, no sandcastles yet? :-)We had Stone Mountain almost to ourselves this weekend because rain was predicted. The clouds blew away and it was a lovely day. Hope it warms up for you soon.
Not for a couple of more months, Kay.Lucky you to have Stony Mt. all to yourselves!Good to see you.
Brrrr! Looks cold, even though it's sunny! Hope you three are weathering the storm! Take care!
She said from atop a paddle-board at a beach in Hawaii!!!
Love that first picture. Spring and Fall have the best light.
Thanks Marti. Yes, spring and fall's light is softer.
How long before it will start getting warmer where you are?
Not until May, Hayley-Ezsti, when it will be consistently getting warmer every day.
It does 'look' lovely, though. A pretty day and then... wham!
Hey, I really like your comments and appreciate the time you took to do so.
