those smiles reassure me that all is well with your world. Mim, look at those gloves, fur trimmed hood and super boots, I thought with sunshine it might be a tad closer to springtime. Hugs to all, Jean.
All is getting better,Jean, in our world. Let's just say it was brisk down at the beach yesterday! Never know this time of year what the weather will bring. I heard a' new to me ' expression today on a local TV station....they called it 'Sprinter'! So true as I look out at all the snow that has fallen this morning!!Hugs back, Jean and wish Hugh well for us.
tell mim i love her hair!
I will Joyce.
These photos make ME happy. I get the sense that anywhere Mim goes the sun shines.
I am 12 years older than Mim, Mitch, and I can't remember a time when she couldn't smile and affect 'the room' in a very positive way. She has always been special to me.Now that we are all happy again.......gone for a swim today?
Yes, me too, please tell Mim I love her hair. I've never seen that color look that good on anyone. The dog reminded me of Soldier, that lovely color. And how great for Sophie to get a good beach run in, she must have been stressed from everything.
She will see this post on FB and see your compliment, Inger.Maggie does look like Soldier! You are right. She still has a little of the aftereffects of being 'shuffled around' for a few days but she is getting more settled. She was confused and worried like dogs get.
Great smiles all around!
I'd say, Pat! Thanks.
What a fun day - love that beach. And tell Mim I love her hair! And her smile... Good to see Ron in good spirits too.
Thanks Fiona! that beach is a good one....actually it has two beaches there, both quite different.Mim has her way to cheer people up.
So are smiles, Jim! And your Mim has a spectacular, soul-warming smile! How good to see Ron smiling and with lots of color in his face. It kills me to think he can't walk to Conrad's beach right now. But he'll get there. Just takes a liberal sprinkling of time and persistence. We had gorgeous sunshine yesterday ~ 70 F/21 C. Right now the wind is sweeping in rain clouds that will soon turn to snow clouds and precip! Speaking of sprinkling ~ I'm sprinkling fish food in your water, full of energy and love to help you swim and Ron draft! *fish food*
Thanks Louise. You will be pleased to know that Ron walked the boardwalk today...as it was snowing at that! He really has to 'build up' slowly and he will get there very soon. Thanks for the 'sprinkle'....it helps!!
Gotta enjoy the sun while we can. You never know what the next day might bring. Maybe another round of snow?!
Like today, Stew!! It's a winter wonderland out there now. Beautiful though.the 'sun' yesterday was perfect.Good to see you here.
Greetings Jim,Indeed sun on your skin makes a world of difference.
Welcome John.It sure does make a difference....whether it be a lovely smile on someone's face or that warm feeling coming from the sky.
Looks it was a sweet time--life back on the wheels...
Good way of putting it Brian! Good to see you here!! Now, back to work! lol
I love Mim's hair. I'm so glad she stopped by, and so very grateful that you're all doing well.Love,Janie
Thanks Janie. Your thoughts and encouragement really do help us through this. And we are doing well.
Mim has a great smile. She seems like the sort of person who would make others smile (and feel better) just by her presence. Glad to see you and Ron smiling, too. Love that feathery beach sky in the second photo. Bundle up and take care!
Mim has an infectious smile for sure.Barb, we call that sky a 'mackerel sky' in the Maritimes. It resembles the surface/scales of the mackerel, a local fish. A sky like this usually warns us that there is a weather system heading our way with some form of precipitation.
Hey, I really like your comments and appreciate the time you took to do so.
