Beautiful, you can see why I gaze out my window so much, it's the serenity of it all. No chaos there!Have a great day!
Gotta love window gazing! Thanks Sharon.
looks very peaceful, serene, and cold! Pretty day, love the shadows.
Something about a snow cover that just quiets everything down, Joanne.
Great set of photos, Jim. There are so many beautiful things around us if only we take a moment to look.
There really is a lot out there if we would only slow down and look around. Thanks Martha.
Beautiful shots. I think there has been a pussycat walking in the snow, but the footprints seem to end midway.
Thanks Davine. It does look like something jumped down and turned around!???
Love all those shadows Jim Have an awesome day
Hi Kathy. It was those shadows that caught my attention......especially those flags.
Way to live in the moment, Jim! "Be here now"
A little 'Oprah moment' for me Debra! lol
And now I'm noticing - what is that little green shutter with handle?
Hi Barb. Those shutters we got from an antique shop years ago and at one point they were used as kitchen bottom cupboard doors...thus the handles were added to them. We soon got tired of these and put them away till we added them to the deck fence a few years ago.
I love the shadows. I see little tracks in the snow.
Me too Pat. I didn't notice those tracks till someone above mentioned them!
Beautiful images, Jim. I liked watching the prayer flags changing through the series. I can feel the quiet, peace, and restfulness. Thanks for stopping and noticing! Beauty is everywhere! Have a good day!
Thanks Louise! Glad you liked this. As you know, there is beauty everywhere!
The movement is so calming...DoodleCalming!
So that is why you love to spend so much time out there on the deck, Soph!
There's something special about shadows.
Yes, they have always intrigued me, Terry.
Prayer flags, shadows, footprints? and snow, all making a lovely photo shoot, calm, serene, what we all need from time to time in this busy world, and maybe the words " stop the world, I want to get off" were what the little animal heard as he ventured to the corner.Greetings from Jean
Yes Jean, occasionally it is good to 'get off' the treadmill and take a look around. Thanks for dropping by.
something I love about photography, you really begin to SEE the things around you that you may never have seen before! Lovely light and shadows in these!
Thanks Jeanne! I know what you mean...photography makes one 'focus'.
Hey, I really like your comments and appreciate the time you took to do so.
