Yesterday I found out that my niece Elaine is going through a health crises.
I spoke with her and she told me she had breast cancer and will have to have a mastectomy.
She is naturally very upset and could use prayers, positive energy sent her way.
Thanks so much.

ReplyDeleteHello Jim,
ReplyDeleteSuch horrible news and it makes us, at the sidelines, feel so helpless. I wish her strength and I send her healing energy (and as it's you - I shall light, with friendship, a candle in a special church tomorrow to make sure the energy arrives extra fast!)

ReplyDeleteThat is so true Joanne about the energy we can and do elicit here to help others. You actually helped me learn this a few years ago. Thanks.

With spring and all the new life that it brings right around the corner, I know this diagnosis will only bring a new outlook on life.
ReplyDeleteSo great that she has found this at a time that treatment is a good option.Tell her that after a brief interlude, she will still have her life ahead of her, and will be a person who has a deep perception of life that she would not have otherwise. Prayers coming her way.
ReplyDeleteI'm thinking of Elaine and your family, and sending prayers and good thoughts.
