One bunch of twigs, one small tree, and one post.Picture perfect. Take care with that big storm coming, the twigs, tree and post might all get sewpt away. Greetings to all at your home, from Jean
We are Bobbi, thanks for asking. We lost power for about an hour and a half but that is it so far......lots of snow but nothing near what New England is getting. We are glad we have a propane gas permanent heater for back-up!
Nekkid tree....'Can you believe these temps!' Evergreen......'This is one of those winters.' Lamp post......'I never know what you two are talking about!'
Hi Jim! I hope that you, Ron, and Sophie are riding out the storm okay. Debra's comment above cracked me up! Your photo immediately made me think of The Witch, the Lion, and the Wardrobe. Did you ever read that to your kiddos? You always find beauty in the ordinary with your photos! Take care! Stay warm! I can't imagine the misery some people are enduring with a blizzard, ocean flooding, and maybe no electricity! I love Colorado!
We are getting the second portion of the storm now.The temperature is hovering around -1C and the snow flips back and forth to freezing rain. We will mange this one....as I look out the window and see our 'plower' clearing out the driveway! He will have to return in the morning as more snow is expected. Gotta LOVE Debra's humour!! lol I love Nova Scotia!!! But I hear you Louise!
Thanks Kathy. It was waiting for me to photograph! Actually I could find something in anything! lol It will be warmer here by the middle of May.....welcome to the Maritimes!
Jim, you and Ron both have such great 'camera eyes,' and take the ordinary things around us and truly make them extraordinary your last two posts are perfect examples of that! I hope you all are safe and warm and enjoying your snow day!!
We have that in common Kim. Just simple folk from the Maritimes. lol Thanks. We are enjoying the snow day! Sunny and bright here now but still blowing snow. We ain't goin no where!! lol
