Eclectic Tastes

Whenever I hear music from the 80's I think of the hours
that Ron, Mim (my sister) and I spent making 'tapes'
for our 'fitness classes'/aerobic classes.

In the early 80's we ran a Fitness Studio
in Halifax.....and it was a quite a lot of fun.

The music was great for this type of thing and here is a sample:

Enjoy your Sunday.

  6. Hey Jim!
Happy Belated birthday to your dad! 97! Wow!
I haven't heard this song in forever! Thanks for sharing it.

What a fascinating collection of stories you've learned about your family's past. I'm glad that you are doing your "Getting to Know Me" series. I find the stories of people endlessly fascinating and deserving of being remembered.

I love your pretty Sophie Doodle ~ and I have to say the picture of yours that gave me the biggest laugh was the one of SD and Mr. Orangie where SD says: "Don't even think about it!" And of course, the Halifax Explosion always resonates with me. I have been AWOL ~ Inside My Head and buried with Things to Do! But I think July will go much better than June.

Happy Canada Day! Have an awesome week.

    1. Hi Louise! John Gray in Wales (Going Gently blog) recommended that I begin something like this....to share more of 'myself' in my posts. Uncomfortable at first but now actually enjoy it.

      Sophie Doodle entertains us daily.

Yes, here's to a better month Louise! But we all have to experience those 'off' days/months. Part of the 'process.
