It's been just me and Sophie facing the 'wilds' of Nova Scotia the past few days!
You see, Ron has been dealing with a flu bug that loves to reappear it seems.
And he does 'deal' very well with his 'sick periods'. He is so quiet and never complains!!
Unlike myself, when I get sick I need a LOT of TLC!! You know how that can help things, right?

It has been good though for Soph and I to spend some outside time together.
