Thinking Out Loud
I think too much.
I believe it is time to slow down my mind.
I believe Yoga and Qi Gong could help with this. I just learned that the latter is being offered just down the shore from here.....about 10 minutes away. Perfect!
I really like Qi Gong. We enrolled in Level 1 a couple years ago and we liked it. It is a series of movements, much like Tai Chi. In fact it is under the Tai Chi 'umbrella'.
Now for Yoga .....I will have to check the Shambhala Centre in Halifax. They had a wonderful instructor there last year.
How about you? What do you do to 'slow things down' a little and to 'catch your breath'?
