Aren`t cows just wonderfully photogenic?
And since they don't move very fast (most of the time) you can get some really good shots! Like you just did.
I just love cows, 387 is a beautiful creature. Good Morning!
He is rather handsome - glad you stayed on the right side of the fence though !
He looks pissed.m.
387 looks like he/she was giving you a mean eye..if I was there I would have dared you to run across 387's paddock!!! Have a great weekend Jim!xoxo
Makes me think of No. 6 from "The Prisoner" -- "I . . . am . . . not . . . a . . . NUMBER!"
Yep it looks annoyed in that last photo lol.
Lovely photos.We're having beef tonight.
Awww, I felt sorry for that cow. I think it is because he was given a number rather than a name. That makes me a saddo doesn't it?!
Debra and Annie, I was wondering who was going to look at this post from this angle......I was going to do an entirely different post originally but chose to leave it 'open'. This WAS one sad looking cow....the number said it all. Makes ya think about the whole meat-eating industry.
Awe! So cute and sad.
Maybe we should start a campaign to save 387. It looks like he was trying to communicate with you, Jim. Bottom line, he shouldn't be a meal ticket...I think he looks more like a runway model in a cow costume. Regardless, beautiful poses from 387 and you did a nice job with the camera too!
That's a great portrait of Number 387!
Hey, I really like your comments and appreciate the time you took to do so.
