Sunday's Selection

Back in the late 1970's when we were living in Vancouver, British Columbia we discovered someone in the music world that literally blew us away.

Her name is Kate Bush. She was, at the time, very popular and in demand. She is from England.  She has had a very successful career and produced and managed herself.

Her style is unique and haunting, in a good way. I hope you enjoy this as much as I did revisiting this great artist.

  2. I knew lots of Kate Bush fans but never really got into her music myself. I wonder if she's still recording and popular today?

I may be from The States, but fell in love with her music while in college in the mid 80's and will NEVER tire of it.

  9. My guilty pleasure. If I put the ipod on shuffle, she always comes up within a half hour. I think I have her first five albums on there.

  10. You lived in Vancouver! That's a long journey from where you are now, but not far from us. I love B.C., especially Vancouver Island. But Vancouver the city is also charming and beautiful. How nice to learn this about you.
