Saturday Morning Post

Been home with a flu of some sort for the past few days,
so my photo selection is somewhat limited for this week.

Down on the boardwalk....

Last Saturday at the park......

Ron and Sophie heading down the trail to the Northwest Arm.

At Lake Banook this past Monday.....

Lonely bench in February......facing the mouth of Halifax Harbour

Catching up with Lisa (left, former student), son Phinean, and Christina, her wife.

This crow SO wanted its photo taken!

Slow day at shop on Sunday....started to snap away.

From my perch at shop looking southwest......

    1. Thanks, Frances. I usually get a mild case of flu every winter this time.
I get the flu shot yearly as well but obviously this one was not one of the strains in the shot this year.

Three days was enough, so today I forced myself to go outside and join the living once again. I think it worked.

  6. Lovely photos. Hope you are better soon!
Recipe: Chop up a few apples, put in pot with water to cover. Bring to boil, with just a bit of cinnamon, but as much ginger as you can stand! Boil until cooked. Take out the stewed apples and save to eat for later. (Heck, you can eat em if you want to!) That liquid from the apples, put that into a measuring cup and then, pour that into a pretty mug and drink it. Put some sugar in it or honey. Now, get better!!
