Just A Chat

Last week we were at Point Pleasant Park (on the Arm side) in Halifax.
It was a beautiful day and I sat on a wall just down from a woman
and her dog, Smokey.

We started to chat and I clicked on my camera to record this moment:

  7. What fun! Our Labradoodle never got to go swimming. I bet she would have loved it. Our Treeing Walker coonhound used to chew through a board in our fence when we lived in Illinois. He'd go for a swim in a neighbor's farm pond and come home wet, stinky, and smiling. We'd put in a new board, and he'd chew through another one.

    Love,
    Janie

    2. Oh, yes. He was an escape artist. I named him Thoreau because he lived on his own in the woods for a year before animal control could rescue him. I was so happy to adopt him. I loved him dearly and still miss him.

  11. Hi Jim! I so enjoyed this video on many levels ~ but the best part was hearing your voice! I've heard Ron lots in his videos, but this is the first time I've heard yours. I knew you'd have a great voice! It cracks me up to see Sophie "Shaking All Over!" by you all! Have a good one!

Hey, dogs wet shaking doesn't bother us anymore....hardly notice it.
