Fog is so mysterious. I love it. Ok, maybe not at a summerday ;). But it´s autum here already. ;) Booohooooo! :PHave a great day!
Not that I am 'wishing my life away', but we could do with some fresh autmn air here!Have a good day Alex!
I understand that the Tall Ships are coming to Halifax this weekend -- hope they're not fogged in!
They were completely fogged in one year! That made it awkward to see!
I love fog. Its the only time the sprites can come out to play during daylight, it hides them well :O). LOL this is what I always think when its foggy :O). It makes me smile.
I am sure a lot of people 'come out to play' in the fog too! lol for the same reasons!
I don't like too much fog too long, makes everything feel clammy and wet.
I am 'with you' on this, Sharon! I don't like not seeing a few feet in front of me.
Fog can be either lovely or scary, generally scary for who knows what is lurking in the mist?? But your images are far from scary, they`re lovely as always!
Hi Vicki! Thanks. We get our 'fill' of fog around here and I never get used to it.....but can see its beauty too.
I love me some fog! Mostly because it comes with cool weather. I'm awfully tired of the 100 degree days we've been suffering through :(
I know! Isn't summer, the season we so look forward to in winter, a royal pain at times!! lol
I wouldn't mind a bit of fog if it brings cooler temps! These are lovely shots, with the trees barely visible.
And it usually does around here Pat. That is exactly how they looked....barely visible.....and with a 'pinch' of colour added.
I read an article about the EU and what is happening when the Northern people get thrown in with the Southern people. In it, the author called Scandinavians the Canadians of Europe and then proceeded to call the Northern Europeans the Herring people and the Southern folks the Sardine people. I have no idea why I'm telling you this. It really has nothing to do with fog!!! I guess it's just a message from one herring to another......
I totally get it Inger! We are both 'northern' folk for many generations....we understand eachother! Now to get the others to understand us! lol
The other great thing about fog is what you do with it photographically!
Mitch, it must be fool proof because fog lends to all sorts of things photographically speaking.....it gathers up and throws light everywhere!!
We've only had fog maybe twice on the ranch. Please send some.
I will see what I can do, Terry! I am sure FedEx will guarantee it's safe delivery!! lol
I know these are still photographs yet i can't help but thing something is going to step out of that fog, it is rather spooky and beautiful all at the same time. Lovely Jim
Hey, I hear you Jen! That is what is so creepy about fog!
Hey, I really like your comments and appreciate the time you took to do so.
