Don't worry this is not a science class; nor is it a cooking lesson about types of ovens,
It is, however, a tribute to my father!
Yesterday he and his 1946-47 fastball Team were 'inducted' into
the 'Maritime Sport Hall of Fame'.
He is the only surviving member of that team and he was one of 18 new inductees.
It was a proud moment for us all and particularly for him.
He was interviewed by three TV networks and each posted a story
on their evening/suppertime news.
Dad will be 99 in a couple of weeks and this was like 'frosting on his cake'!
Way to go Dad! You so deserve this recognition and award.
