Eclectic Tastes

Wanting to wish everybody a
Merry Christmas
Joyeux Noel
Happy Holidays
Happy Hanukkah
Feliz Navidad!

I suppose John Lennon would be looked upon as being naive
for today's standards, but I still believe his optimism
and hope has a message for us all today as well.

I will not be posting till after Christmas,
until then have a wonderful break from it all!!

  1. Jim, Christmas Greetings, and if you have a break from your blog, please read mine on Tuesday, 24th, whatever day that is at your place. I hope Sophie has a stocking all ready to hang up too. Cheers to all at your lovely home, Jean.

  2. Wishing you Ron and Sophie a merry christmas. Thanks for your wonderful blog. Feeling right at home here *ggg*.

Ok and now: *chrrrrm-chrrrrm-chrrrrrm* *sings with John* ;)

  3. Hope also Jim that you and your family have a lovely , simple, and meaningful Christmas. I was at a pet store yesterday and people were buying an extraordinary amount of gifts for their pets. Is Sophie all excited about santa...... I gave my two little fur friends a nice bath and bows, and their favorite... a box of greenies. I actually read an article that many people spend more money on gifting their pets than their family. Thought that was pretty amazing.... and a bit strange. Hope you have some plans t hat will give the three of you a lovely day, and will look forward to seeing you again in the new year.

  4. Have a wonderful holiday, guys! Enjoy the festivities and don't drink TOO much eggnog!

  5. Merry Christmas, Jim! All the best to all of you. Enjoy the break, and see you soon!

  6. Enjoy the break! I might be back if this new thing works, will just have to see...

  7. Happy Christmas to you and your family, Jim

  8. If only we were all as naive as Lennon! The world would be a better place... Wishing you all awe, wonder and laughter.

  9. Hi Y'all!

    Merry Christmas!

  10. Merry Christmas, Jim! You timed-out until after Christmas ~ OMG! Now I feel better about my crash and burn! LOL! I think that it is important to follow your own traditions when you can. This year, I'm rolling with Terry's side of the family and their traditions. We always have such fun! I hope you, Ron, and Sophie had a happy time! Take care!
