Winter Garden

Yesterday morning Sophie insisted I take her out in the garden after her breakfast:

Snow mounds.

The snow had a thick crunchy crust top layer.

Sophie leading me under the grape arbor.

Frozen base of Spruce tree.

'Freeze-dried' Hydrangea blossom.

Old garden tool.

'Teddy Bear' Rhododendron soaking up the sun.

  1. Looks like you and Sophie enjoyed your day out more than I did myself.
Got some pretty pictures though. I thought it might hit you worse than that.
    Glad you are all OK!!

  2. Super photos as always, but the "old spade" that is a real keeper, I can see it printed, framed, and sold. People do pay for photos like this, the sunlight, wooden handle showing signs of use, and pure white snow. All-in-all,, 100$ .(.oops, I meant %, but dollars would be OK too!!) perfect. Greetings from Jean

  6. Your photos are beautiful, but I'm glad I don't have snow. It's beautiful and sunny here.
