OMG, I remember that skit, when it was on the show - not as a rerun! It seems the older my body gets, the harder it is for me to find things funny. (or maybe, it's the older I get, the harder it is to find things to laugh about, IDK)
I used to adore the Carol Burnett show!
Ron, you really have to stop picking up women, LOL!
I remember Charo from when I was a kid! When ever she was on TV my eyes would be glued to her, lol! Never had I seen any one like her,she is amazing!
WoW! Your weekly segment " LOL " sounds awesome. . .besides being a lot of fun! Look forward to this each week now.You photos of the Cape and Provincetown. . . are great. Like your unique photo of the Sagamore Bridge. Oh, if that bridge could TALK. . .the stories it could tell. . from over the years. . .LOLDid you notice the locals rarely use "P'town"? It is more likely to be in full: Provincetown. ;-))ciao ciao . . . .justin
I find that I'm in the same boat as Sharon. I watch modern comedy, very rarely, because I usually sit there, for the entire show and don't laugh one time. But, the old comics, Carol Burnett, Lucy, Mary Tyler Moore, and the old comedies like All in the Family and Mash, can still have me rolling on the floor. Thanks, for the laugh today.
Laughter can keep us young(er) and sane!
Even though Mrs. Wiggins was my all-time favorite Carol Burnett character, this one is hilarious! Of course I remember watching this show each week and laughing hysterically, especially when the cast would crack up (which was every 10 seconds, it seemed). Thanks for several minutes of laughter--and I LOVE your photo of Ron and his gals!!!!
Great fun! She looks amazing considering how long she's been around.
I remember seeing her on the Johnny Carson Show every once in awhile. She's a hoot and she looks great!
The best 9 minutes I've spent all day!
I remember that skit....too funny...laughter is good for what ailes you....
I remember Charo from way back when I was young. How can she possibly look so good all these years later?
I LOVE this idea! I can't wait for Tuesdays now. :)
Hey Amigo: Is there any woman funnier than Carol Burnett??? What a show, Tim Conway, Harvey KOrman, and CB.
Hey, I really like your comments and appreciate the time you took to do so.
