Saturday Morning Post

Boy, did this week go by quickly or what!

From my perch last Sunday....

The top of the pagoda/bandstand at the park and a cannon from the 1800's.

I took this on MacDonald Hill the other day
while Sophie and I were enjoying the 'springlike temperature....12C.

Same day and looking towards Halifax to the west.

Sophie always stops to make sure I/we are right behind her and not lost.

A very moody looking sky.

And to end the week that was.....I'll leave you up in the air......

    1. Good morning (here in N.S.), Jean! You would have loved to have watched this fellow floating around without a care in the world.
And Sophie sends you a big lick!
Have a wonderful Saturday and Sunday.

  3. Love the photos Jim, especially of the hand glider! Sophie looking her lovely self - she's quite the beauty.

  4. I like being left up in the air like this. I wish I were as photogenic as Sophie. As for your first question, whenever someone gives me a choice that ends with "or what," I have the terrible need to respond with, "What." Sorry!

  5. 12 degrees above in DECEMBER? Man, quite the contrast to last year's winter, eh?

  6. Faith does the same, she always stops to make sure we are coming. Then she takes off at a great speed, turns around after a while and who knows how far she's travled, and comes back to make sure we are still there. I love all the pictures, they are wonderful, but Sophie, her coat matching the colors of fall, takes the prize with me.

  7. I enjoy your week in photos, Jim. It looks as though the light was spectacular. Yesterday it was like spring in Denver - today, chilly with a wet snow falling.

  10. Great shots, Jim. And I love that photo of Sophie! And that she waits for you :) We have the same weather here. Today we were walking around downtown like it was spring. People were sitting outside on benches near the water. Incredible!
