'Undying Love'

We passed by this 'declaration of love' yesterday at the beach.
A sure sign of spring if you ask me!

Do you remember ever doing this back in the day or even now?
Where and how did you declare your 'undying love' for that special person?

OK, I remember  in grade eight that I carved my and 'Mary Ann's' initials
into a wooden park bench.

Your turn........

  1. I think My Rare One and I did the initials in the sand thing once in Maui, but advancing years are clouding my memory, lol.

  2. When I was 17 my then boyfriend had my name painted on his car, I felt intimidated and needles to say it was a bad move. It was during the 60's looking back they were good carefree times.

Oh yes, the 60's were the best time to be alive....at least I felt that way then and now.

    2. Errol carved our initials in a heart in the trunk of a tree in Mexico. I forgot about that. Today is a year since he passed and how strange that you should remind me of something that will be there for as long as that old tree will live. Thank you, Jim.

  4. Terry spelled out his love for me in white coral rock on top of black lava on the Big Island of Hawaii many years ago!
