I love the mysterious mistiness in your photo today, so suiting your words.
Jean, it was a little of everything yesterday (Sunday) along the shore. It really didn't know what to do but mix all together.
Beautiful image! And good food for thought!
Thanks Martha. Yes, something to think about for a short time.
Half of people are too hard on themselves and the other half aren't hard enough.
That's about right, Debra! Gotta love 'human nature', eh?
Oh so true...if we could just get out of our own way, and out of our own heads! That incessant mind babble is detrimental to a peaceful existence! And sometimes I would like to say out loud to someone..."get over yourself"! But I refrain, and go inward where peace and love and joy reside...in abundance! Enough to radiate it and project it outward in hopes that others will pick up my happy vibration and pass it along. Pema is very wise. She also teaches in upstate New York. Wonderful photo! Aloha.
Hi Vicki. Yes, Pema is a wise human being. We were lucky enough to go to one of her teachings in Halifax a few years ago.She lives here in Nova Scotia for a good part of each year.
The sooner we learn that, the better the rest of our lives will be. And what a gorgeous picture.
Yes Inger, the sooner the better.
Words of wisdom to go along with your layered photo, food for thought as we peel away our own layers searching for strength and healing. I'm glad to say that I found mine going through the big C.
That is good to hear Margo that you have found a way to be gentle with yourself.Sending healing energy your way.
That quote is so true for me, Jim! A lovely misty photo today.
And for me, Barb. I need a lot of practice on this one.
Hey, I really like your comments and appreciate the time you took to do so.
