Christmas Hangover

The buildup to Christmas can be exhausting, exciting, mesmerizing
and downright bewildering at times.

But isn't it always worth it in the end? For me, yes!

We had a wonderful Christmas here.......good food, music, family, and a few neat gifts!

Did I mention it can be exhausting? This would be a great time to visit an exotic resort........

.......as we did in 1988 in Venezuela! That would be Ron!

  3. That is a fantastic image of Ron! Very artistic. Are you planning on another exotic trip soon? If I could, I would spend January and February in a much warmer place --- far, far away from the Canadian winter.

    1. I was across the street Martha and told Ron to start walking!! It was a very colourful place after we left the 'compound' and started exploring!!
Me too, I could easily leave our winters behind!! So what's stopping me?

  5. Great shot of Ron, and clearly, as shown in some very happy facebook and blog posts, the season has been a wonderful celebration of family and love for both of you. I've never gone away to skip the winter cold, but if I had, I think Venezuela would have been amazing!

  10. Hello Jim,
Happy to see you had a wonderful Christmas, the photo of Ron is good. I thought it was a Painting for a moment, a Hockney-esque picture from the '80's!
    all the best Ivan

  11. That's a great photo of Ron against a very artistic background. Fun gift collage too! We had noisy and quiet spots in our Christmas, and I enjoyed both. It's nice to sit by the fire and just be on a cold Christmas night! I hope your weekend is going well!
