A great man whose music, lyrics and voice will be with us always. Thanks for sharing on a late Sunday evening down here.
His music will never die, Jean.
A brilliant poet.
That he was, Mitch. I hadn't realized how his music had helped form who I am today.
Sorry Jim I just filled the whole square with my thoughts and how I feel but it did not seem fair to burden this space with how emotional and sad I feel this week with world events and the loss of Leonard Cohen, I feel to broken.
Oh Margo, that would have been perfectly alright to write out your feelings here......it is good for the soul to let it out.Yes, a very unsettling week to say the least. And....then we here of Leonard's death amidst all this chaos. Please do take care and remember that this is just a 'blip' along this journey. Things will get better. It wasn't the correct time for progressive ideas.Leonard Cohen, being a Buddhist at heart, will be reborn in some form. It will be nice 'to have him back' some day.
It was sad to learn of Leonard Cohen's death. What an amazing talent!
Hey, I really like your comments and appreciate the time you took to do so.
