Contemplative Monday

"Time is as fast as lightning;
an instant and its gone."

My brother, Bernard, was born on this day in 1952.
He died April 6, 1972.
He would have been 65 years old today.
Yes, time is fleeting.

    1. I hear you, John. I have been filled with bitter sweet memories all day. We were very close for all of his short life.
      Six years since your brother dies, John.......seems like yesterday in a way.

  8. I always try to remember my brother because in a sense this keeps him near. He gave me very good advice on a number of occasions and his death was a turning point in my life.....for the better.
    A good weekend to you and Terry, Louise.

  9. So sad to know! But this is the bitter reality of life that we have to bear with. We do not know when we have to leave this world. It can be anytime and any minute. No one can say when it will be.
