Eclectic Tastes

It's my brother, Bernard's, birthday today.
He would have been 64.
He died back in 1972 when he was 19.
He LOVED music....
everything from Pink Floyd to The Four Seasons!

Don't worry, I'll choose a good Four Seasons tune!! lol

Have a wonderful Sunday everyone.

I think Bernard was around 9 years of age in this photo.

  3. I feel as though I have always known him through your love for him and your family, Jim.

You truly are a great big brother with truth so intrinsic coursing through your veins.

    1. You two would have really liked one another, Ron.
Bernard was a mixture of all of us but so distinctly himself at the same time.

  5. Always remembered with so much love, and your choice for today, a great start for Monday morning down here. Am I old, or old fashioned, but those songs and lyrics from years ago, the best of all, not like todays repetitive words, mumbling and more. Have a wonderful day Jim, and Bernard will always be in your heart and a huge part of your life. Hugs from a wet NZ.

    1. Jean, thank you for your kind words.
And I do appreciate your thoughts of the differences between then and now.
He has never left my heart as we were very close and always discussed and solved the 'world's problems' together.
It is wet here as well....been for days!! All the best to you and Hugh.

    2. That's good to know. I have not lived life to the fullest, but much of the time, I was simply unable to do so. I was trapped.
