Saturday Morning Post

Out and about this week.......

Getting ready for the 'Bluenose Marathon' last weekend at the park in Halifax.

Even though this fallen tree didn't get a chance to 'add' colour,
it did make its presence known.

Breathtaking at the Gaspereaux canal this week....

Picture perfect, I'd say!

Andy and Ann Raggedy at the shop.....

Parade of sail coming up the Northwest Arm in Halifax.....

First day on the water.......

Sailing....

Hello up there!

Walking on water?.....

All part of having a dog in your life........

Yes, with all the merino you will hardly notice that it is winter!!
      Hang in there.

    1. Those are homemade Kathy as I am sure you noticed. I got these at an auction at a thrift store and a few days later I found at that same store the pattern for these dolls!
A happy weekend to you too.

    1. We seem to find those peaceful places, Janie, and keep going back.
Ron is well now and Sophie continues to entertain us.

  6. Liked seeing all the shots you gathered for Saturday, Jim. Looks windy in those sailing photos. I see you guys are already wearing shorts. So is Bob - even though there is still snow on the ground at our house! Mr Orangey looks a bit yucky.

    1. Being so near the ocean no matter where we go, Barb, one can usually depend on there being a breeze.
Some people like to rush/encourage summer, eh?
Well considering where Mr.Orangie 'lives' most of the time......lol

    1. I think you would really like it here, Joyce.......very laid back, not too busy, not over-populated, a slower pace than most places, and the weather pretty moderate.

    1. Thanks Martha.
I know, these dolls were a surprise to me as well. I bid on them and never heard back till I got a call saying that the bid winner didn't show up to get them, so I was next in line!!
