Thinking Out Loud

I was out in the garden this morning.

It is almost mid-February and being at 44 degrees latitude

on the shores of the North Atlantic Ocean and at sea-level,

 I was wondering around the garden!

There were buds on trees and the ground was damp and soggy.

I came across this little lantern with it's wonderful rusty patina.

I do believe we are living through the process of climate change.

Whether we are or not, I could get used to this.

Imagine, we could be out and in the garden by March!!!

The Rush

 Hitting the road 

sending adrenalin

uphill.

Can you feel it?

Can you see it?

Can you smell it?

Spring, of course!

When Ron and I lived 'out west' we were amazed at the vistas we saw as we drove up 

 and down the  Sunshine Coast outside the city of Vancouver.

We had a large silk-screened print similar to these. So when we saw these the other day.....

I Hope This Doesn't Seem Familiar

It is Heart and Stroke month here in Canada and I thought it was something we could think about.


Firstly, take a look at this:




I really hope that this doesn't look too familiar for any of you.


But if it does, may I suggest you go to your doctor/health practitioner as soon as you can to 'get checked out' and to get a 'baseline' of your vitals.
