Thinking Out Loud

I remember it very clearly.......I was around 19 years old and in my friend's car.

I said aloud: "You know Mike, everything is connected."

Oprah would have called it her 'ah-ha' moment. 

It was mine. I don't know where that realization came from.

But at that moment the 'puzzle' of life began to make more sense to me.

My friend kind of gave me a look and asked me to explain what I meant.

I did the best I could and have spent the intervening time finding pieces to that puzzle..

There are so many pieces, aren't there!
