The Big House That could

Took this shot on Tuesday .
This house has had so many reincarnations since it was last
a private home in the early 1950's.

In the mid 70's it became part of the provincial parks systems
and is attached to the Lawrencetown Beach Park and Trail.

During the 80's in the summers, it was home for the lifeguards
that worked the beach.....they had the second floor
where my shop is now located.
They made houses back then which could endure anything!!

Presently it has under its roof all the shops/daycare listed on this sign.

It is a grand house which is turning into a local landmark.
