A Palindrome Kind of Day

Yesterday we went to a beautiful beach, Martinique Beach,
that is further down the Eastern Shore.

This time of year it is usually vacant except for locals walking or hiking.
We were surprised to come across a group of about 20 people
in full gear for kayaking the open ocean.

Ron and I began to photograph them all and they didn't mind at all.
It turned out that they were from the Gaspe Peninsula in Quebec.
They came from a school there, Cegep, and this group was a mix of teachers and students.

They were having the time of their lives in and out of the water.
When we were getting ready to leave one of the teachers approached us
and asked in 'broken English' if we would share/email some of the photos.
We said of course we would.

Here are a few photos and the fun they had.
